I stayed in a newly renovated room with stunning views and both a terrace and balcony.

We had a room with a lovely view from the balcony. There was a kitchenette in the room so we could make breakfast and eat on the balcony. The staff were really lovely, offering us homemade baklava.
Hotel owner was not aware that we were coming and had only one room left. This room was tiny with a poor shower area. Typically a room let to back packers. We stayed in it one night and then moved to the much better room for the following 2 nights. Hotel owner was unaware of the arrangement for the bill to be paid on my credit card and unable to get her credit card machine to operate. We had to withdraw money from ATM to pay the bill.

gentle staff (nobody in the reception, one has to call them on the phone!),very good location, silent street.
It was not at all easy to find. A map would have been helpful. The room was small, not not very clean, there were stains on the bed,the bathroom was a total disaster, small, the water fell all out of the sink when you washed your hands, there was no hot water,it only came after we phoned and you had to wait a bit for it to get warm.

We liked the convenience of the superior room with balcony. The location was nice, so close to port and cafes and Athens, in a nice quiet area. Also, the venue was near Clock Tower.

It was a nice room with balcony and ac tv Refrigirater. Rate for the room was good.
There was no reception at all. It should not be called Hotel Demitri. It was more like a pension, You couldn´t contact anyone because it wasn´t any folder with numbers, so if there was anything about the room it could be complicated a guess. And the staaf couldn´t so much english. And we heard that there was a reception nerby the harbour but we could make it on our on and I was lucky to get my passport back the day we should leve.
